姜超（1975年3月19日-），出生于吉林省长春市，毕业于空军政治部话剧团，中国内地男演员。 1994年，参演了《三国演义》。2002年，凭借《炊事班的故事》获得第十六届金星奖集体获优秀演员奖。2006年，因参演《武林外传》受到观众关注。参演作品有《胭脂霸王》《神通佛影》《尖刀之风雷诀》等。2020年12月24日，参演的电影《北京晚9朝5》定档在中国内地上映。
